A New York native, my parents moved to South Florida during the mid 1960's and then came to Tallahassee in 1981. Tallahassee is a beautiful place to live and I wouldn't want to have raised my 3 children anywhere else. Over the years until my children were grown, I was always fascinated with the Real Estate industry (bought & sold my own homes & helping others) and so in January 2003 launched my career in this business and today a Top Producer in our local industry.
In 2006 as the market started to decline, I was offered the opportunity to re-sale foreclosure homes. Bank Foreclosures, also known as REO Properties, made up quite a bit of my inventory. Now with foreclosures declining but still above what I would consider normal levels then when I first starting selling in 2003, we are finally back to a sellers market in 2017. Inventory is low and properties in demand, a good time for any seller to be able to list and sell their property especially if they tried to sell last 5 years.

I have a number of contractors that can also assist with any repairs or maintenance work to be done too. For buyers, I encourage you to always sit down with a local lender. A lender will help determine your ability to purchase, monies you will need for down payment and closing costs and most importantly, what your monthly mortgage payment will be before you start the home search process. In this area I can provide services to help you get started and sit down with a lender to further assist.
Other specialties include Horse properties and Land only purchases. I am an avid horse person myself and it can be hard to find “horse ready property” if you work with an agent who is not a horse person themselves and doesn’t have a clue what to look for. My experience in this area can help a newcomer to Tallahassee explore the areas of town best suited for their lifestyle and “farm animal” needs.
